Certainly that was an accident, otherwise, we would need to imprison or kill everyone that voted for them, since terrorist sympathizers are the power base for extemist murderers.     I was really stuck at a reason why but i think this help explains this. And the reason I was so confused about was why was their response so much tougher when their military was targed instead of when their civilians were targeted? My initial thought was new leadership brings new inexperence.
