Why concentrated inthose particular neighborhoods in Fwance?
I don’t suspect excessive localized deodorant use. Well, do you?
Could it be excessive localized flatulence (the smell of the rhetoric coming out of their mouths is certainly vile, is there a pan-orrificial emanation problem with them)?
Perhaps there is another factor involved.
