I grew up during vietnam. My friends went to war during a draft, but did their duty for their country( something the Toms in the world would never do, much less visit a Veteran’s Hospital and offer support or friendship). My son says the USA will fall like Rome if it ignores the evil in the world. We are and have always been, much too “isolationist.” Before the Great War (I) we allowed the Armenians and Khurds to be slaughtered, During WWII thousands more who could have been saved, were killed because we wanted, “Peace in our time” and today we still don’t want to fight “anyone elses war.” The trouble is that the world is getting smaller and ignoring what’s out there will effect us more than most people know. It will come to bite us.

The left may well win this election coming up due to the media- so the best we can do is support our military and prepare to be bitten.
