In what Islamic country is it government policy to openly discriminate against whites, to strip communities the government has decided are “too white” of government jobs and relocate them to areas populated by more ethnically acceptable communities?

Ha, I guessed correctly.
I wish I could understand what pathological mental conditions causes some mush of the West’s lefties to so hate their own culture, and desire to turn it into something resembling the cultures that all those non-Westerners found so loathsome that they had to leave for the West.

As someone who grew up in Britain, I am stunned, even after decades of PC stupidity, reinforced by the Blair regime.
If the Tories are to be worth becoming a future government they should oppose such nonsense from the Home Office.
Corby is/ was a deprived steel town, it is depressed/ run down and needs all the jobs it can get. I’m not even sure if the steelworks remains. But the mines in that area are also long gone.
Such lefty racism is just so stupid, well, words fail me.
