If you're thinking of coming this way be sure you understand that each state and school district (usually county) within the state can vary greatly. Spent the year there last year with my Yr6 girl in 5th Grade, and Yr8 girl who should have been in 7th Grade was mistakenly put in 8th Grade - it was a big struggle for her!
