Ahmed Zaoui is FREE!

July 9, 2007

As he always has been.

Free to leave my country. From the moment he was caught trying to sneak in using a false passport he has been free to leave whenever he wants. He didn’t have to change his story three times before calling a lawyer known for getting people refugee status - funny how he just happened to have THAT phone number on him isn’t it? He didn’t have to stay in jail for one day, all he had to do was say the word and he would have been gone. His choice, not ours kept him here.

He has however chosen to stay here and he has cost the New Zealand taxpayer millions of dollars. He has chosen to be a parasite while to doing his utmost to open our national security methods to public examination thus ensuring our systems for detecting and dealing with terrorists are hopelessly compromised.

Why are we paying for this to happen again?

Meanwhile AI once again defend the terrorists goals while leaving the true HR violators a free hand.

Why don’t you piss off and protest in Tiananmen Square or down town Terahan you spineless democracy hating wastes of space? Oh thats right, because in those place they don;t give a crap about human rights and you’d dissappear.

The greatest threat to security is the belief that there is no threat to security.

The greatest threat to Western Civilisation is the belief that there is no threat to Western Civilisation.

Cpl Willie Apiatea VC

July 2, 2007

Colin Espiner - blithering idiot of the press reports:

BREAKING NEWS: An SAS officer who carried a severely wounded fellow soldier across open ground under heavy fire while in Afghanistan has been awarded the Victoria Cross by the Queen.

1. Cpl is an NCO rank not an officer.
2. HMTQ has NOT awarded him anything, she has approved the award. He has yet to be presented with it. It will look like a Labour party rally when it happens with all the leftie anti-war types smirking up for a photo-op. My fathers greatest concern at his last pesentation was that he might have to be nice to head witch herself but it was only a minor flunky - Mallard - who showed up amongst his betters.

In his column Espiner manages to name Clark four times and Apiatea three times and seems a little light on detail. Who the hell won the medal again?

Stuff does better and actually tells us about Apiatea and the other three (unidentified for secutrity reasons) SAS soldiers (one of whom actually IS an officer) who have also won awards.

Smells a lot like combat out there. Its almost like theres a war on or something…

Things that are not “news worthy” in New Zealand.

April 2, 2007

Ten New Zealanders have been awarded the Bronze Star and seven have been awarded the United States Army Commendation Medal in recognition of exemplary service in Afghanistan between 2004 and 2005

These awards were made 16th October 2006. While Phil Goff played up the “peace keeping” side of what kiwis do on these deployments last I note that the NZSAS didn’t do a lot of bridge building for their PUC.

Here’s what the local media had to say.

I meant to look for it on Youtube, and kept forgetting. I was reminded, however, at quite an unexpected place - thanks, Julian :-)

This is Israel’s notorious entry to Eurovision. BTW, the correct name of the band is not Teapacks, but Tipp-ex. Follow the “Misuse” link on the Tipp-ex Wiki entry for a, um, tip on the possible reason for that particular name for the band, and also for the possible reason why it may be deliberately misspelled in Europe.

Todays question.

In what Islamic country is it government policy to openly discriminate against whites, to strip communities the government has decided are “too white” of government jobs and relocate them to areas populated by more ethnically acceptable communities?
