An argument has broken out in New Zealand about the meaning of a United Nations declaration the country has just signed. Maori Affairs Minister Dr Pita Sharples, a co-leader of the Maori Party, says New Zealand had decided to agree to the Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People.
